SUPPORT the UNC SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT
Time and again, my work across the state of North Carolina reminds me of the power of good leadership. True leaders unlock potential in others, leading to transformative outcomes in institutions and communities. I have been blessed to witness this type of leadership from Dean Mike Smith during my career at the UNC School of Government.
Mike is empowering, empathetic, steady, and transparent. As he prepares to step down from his deanship at the end of 2022, I see his fingerprints all over my career and that of colleagues at the School and throughout our state.
GiveUNC provides us with an opportunity to celebrate Mike’s accomplishments and honor his legacy at the School. I hope you will join me with a contribution to the Mike R. Smith Dean’s Greatest Need Fund. If you have already donated today, thank you so much.
This is a moment for celebration! Thank you for joining me in recognizing Mike’s extraordinary leadership and for supporting the work of the School of Government.
Sincerely,
Anita Brown-Graham
