The following are sample policies and other resources for the School of Government’s ARP Basics sessions. We are offering these sessions once a month via Zoom as part of our ARP Office Hours to help those newer to the American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARP/CSLFRF) grant program learn about eligible expenditures, compliance, reporting, and audit requirements. Those who are more seasoned with ARP/CSLFRF also may attend at any time for a refresher. See below for the ARP Office Hours schedule, including the first two ARP Basics sessions. Basic Compliance. The following are sample policies that must be adopted by all counties and municipalities, regardless of how much funding they received or how they expend their ARP/CSLFRF funds.
