It’s almost April. That means springtime, showers, taxes, and baseball. And for NC local governments, it means American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (ARP/CSLFRF) reports. That’s right, the next Project and Expenditure report is almost due. If you are new to ARP/CSLFRF or need a refresher, here is a checklist to help you prepare for the reporting portal (which should open on or about April 1). The report is due by the end of the day on April 30. If you need help once the portal opens, check NCFinanceConnect.com for report-specific office hours in April.
